Major Facial Rejuvenation

Major Facial Rejuvenation addresses the major components of aging for the 35 to 65 year old woman or man.

It addresses wrinkles around the eyes, blotchy skin discoloration, and the aging texture changes of the skin that make pores larger and acne scars more pronounced.

It’s the number one impressive, yet simple rejuvenation service that works great on both women and men. Performed on afternoons or Saturday mornings for your convenience at the Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery Center (DDSC), its safe, no downtime technology keeps you working and looking vital and energetic.

When you start Major Facial Rejuvenation with us, gentle microdermabrasion is first performed to remove superficial dead skin cells, clear the pores, and begin the rejuvenation process. Anesthetic cream is then applied to the facial areas in preparation for Botox and IPL therapy (Intense Pulse Light).

After fifteen minutes of anesthetic cream, Botox is placed in the three major groups of muscles that over time begin to pull down and age the face. The prolonged sustained relaxation from Botox to these problem muscle groups raises the brows and treats the crowsfeet wrinkles to make the eyes look more open, younger and full of vitality. A bit of Botox at the lateral chin improves drooping jowls and the deepening creases at the corners of the mouth.

IPL Fotofacial is then performed to improve the texture and collagen of the entire face. Age spots and sun damage freckles flake off, and red blotchy skin becomes more even and clear. Laser strength broad spectrum light is pulsed over small sections at a time until the entire face is treated. IPL usually takes about 20 minutes.

Patients return at three week intervals for a total of five IPL Fotofacials. This produces the lasting changes in dermal collagen that improves scars and pore size and returns the skin texture and color to what it was many years ago.

The result is an improvement that everyone will notice. A complimentary follow-up consultation is also provided two and one half months following the first procedure.

The cost of this total package is far less than invasive cosmetic surgery. However, the results for this investment are the most impressive of any non-surgical, no downtime, face rejuvenation procedure.
